UP Fiber Splint covered with resins is not separated. 

In case of fact that splint is separated from the teeth, it means that the composite used to glue the splint and the teeth is  separated from the teeth. 

You should follow steps for restoration using a composite resin  and bonding system recommended by manufacturer.
